This small highly individual bed and breakfast really does exceptionally well in term of design and atmosphere. This is not an expensive place, so we did not expect it to be all first class, but it does well in providing an exclusive feeling of an expensive place. In room, the size is right, possibly because we stayed in the suite, which has a separated living area, small pantry which has no evidence of uses. The mini bar is well stocked and fairly priced. Fittings are not perfect, but overall create a welcoming atmosphere. It looks and smells clean, in room and out. .

This boutique hotel is nicely located with short was to bars and restaurants. LUXX is very modern, clean and has stylish bathroom! The staffs are friendly. The breakfast comes in very good portion and is delivered to your room without surcharge. LUXX is the perfect place for the ones who wants to avoid the large hotels..

If you're not into Bangkok hassle, this is the place to stay. Amazing spacious room size (studio), well designed. Great Thai hospitality. Ask for a room in the upper floors so you can enjoy the view. Free DVD and book library. A few steps for the park so it's great for morning joggers or for morning ride with the free hotel retro bikes. Conveniently located in a walking distance from sky train station (about 10 min). Breakfast isn't the best but it is more than enough. The pool is a bit small but since the hotel has only about 50 rooms, so you will feel like having your private pool! It's worth the money they charge! .
